Property Claim Questions

Clear answers before you take the next step.

Who does Rhino represent?

Rhino represents the property owner in the insurance claim. We help document damage, review policy terms, prepare estimates, and communicate with the insurance company.

When should I contact Rhino?

Early involvement can help organize the claim before repair decisions are made. You can also contact us if a claim is delayed, denied, or appears underpaid.

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. The initial claim consultation is free. We can discuss your concerns and what information would help evaluate the next steps.

How are your fees handled?

Before you engage Rhino, we explain the proposed services, fee arrangement, and written agreement. Ask us to review how the fee would apply to your particular claim.

Can you help with a denied or underpaid claim?

We review the policy, carrier’s explanation, estimates, and damage evidence to identify supported issues. A review does not guarantee additional coverage or payment.

Do you handle commercial HVAC damage?

Yes. Our commercial experience includes roof and HVAC damage, with coordination among contractors and technical specialists to evaluate repair and replacement needs.

What should I bring?

If available, bring your policy and declarations, carrier estimate, claim correspondence, photos, and contractor estimates. You can still request a consultation without every document.

How long does a claim take?

Timing varies with the damage, documentation, coverage questions, and carrier response. We keep you informed as your claim progresses.

What areas do you serve?

Rhino is based in Omaha and serves property owners in Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas. Contact us about your property location.
